First, let me explain what happened:
My friends and I went to go see breaking Dawn P2 tonight (i know, i know). Since I got there first and was at the front of the line while they were in the back, I took their money and ordered tickets for them. They didn’t have to wait in the line.
When the movie was over, my friend asked me if my mom was coming. I said yes, and she said goodbye promptly and left.
While waiting alone in the theater for 15 minutes, I had some time to think. Why would my friend just leave me there? Maybe it’s just me, but I would have waiting for her at least a little bit, but hopefully until her parents came. I was surprised how fast my friends were willing to just leave me there.
This very friend, I remember something else about. When we went to see a movie there earlier, when it ended my mom came to pick me up. She walked over (she lived about 10min walking distance away). But being who I am, I didn’t let her walk home in the dark. I offered her a ride.
Was I wrong to thinks she would show me the same courtesy? I guess she is not a true friend.
